Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY - Bella Altidore

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bella Altidore, and we apologize if it does not meet your expectations. We offer exchanges and returns (for store credit only) for items purchased from us, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges:

    • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact.
    • Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
    • Footwear should have no scuff marks on the outsole.
    • Items must have been purchased directly from Bella Altidore.
    • SWIMWEAR, SALE ITEMS, UNDERWEAR, JEWELRY & ACCESSORIES, SEQUIN & GLITTER ITEMS are FINAL SALE.
    • Failure to meet any of the above conditions renders us unable to process exchanges.

  2. Validity for Exchanges & Returns:

    • All exchanges and returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery from Bella Altidore. Local customers have the option to exchange items at any of our Bella Altidore locations.

  3. Exchanges at Our Boutiques:

    • Present your original invoice and the item(s) in their original condition and packaging to any of our boutiques.
    • Exchanges will be processed immediately upon validation by our retail associates.
    • If the exchange item(s) value exceeds the original item(s), the price difference must be paid.
    • No refunds will be issued for exchanges at our boutiques, only store credit is provided.

  4. Returns Online:

    • To start a return email bellaaltidore@gmail.com.
    • All return requests will be exchanged for store credit or a refund if conditions are met
    • Shipping charges for the original order, return, and exchange are non-refundable.
    • If any received products are defective or incorrect, Bella Altidore will cover the return shipping costs.

  5. Other Terms & Conditions:

    • Returns can only be made once for each item.
    • We reserve the right to disqualify free returns for subsequent orders of the same item.
    • Our policy does not cover damage resulting from accidental or random damage caused by use or wear and tear.
    • Bella Altidore makes no warranty, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, quality, and fitness for a particular purpose.
